Throughout the majority of my pregnancy, I was reluctant to buy maternity clothes because the reality is that most maternity clothes just aren’t cute. While I couldn’t control the changes happening to my body during pregnancy, the one thing I could still control was my personal style. I continued to wear regular-sized clothing during my first two trimesters (just one or two sizes larger to accommodate my growing bump), but I eventually needed maternity clothes and the only brand I trusted to keep me on-trend was PinkBlush.
PinkBlush is unique because they cater to women in all stages of life – pre-pregnancy (regular-sized clothes), maternity, and post-pregnancy, which is nursing-friendly. I’d been following them on Insta for a while when they reached out to me for a collaboration, so I was immediately interested and excited to work with them. I originally chose a few pieces from PinkBlush that are non-maternity in hopes that my bump could still fit into them. Luckily, it did! Many of PinkBlush’s items are made of a form-fitting material, a few of which I ordered. The non-maternity pieces I ordered will definitely fit me now that I am no longer pregnant, but I was thrilled when they could also fit my third-trimester bump.
